Conditions

• Shipping and logistics costs are paid by customer.
• Claim requires photos and clear event documentation.
• The de/Humi unit must be shipped for inspection (customer-paid shipping).
• Claim should include a repair valuation from a professional luthier.

Exclusions

• Mechanical misuse or unauthorized modifications.
• Impact damage and normal wear.
• Cases unrelated to humidity behavior.
• Missing proof of purchase.

Claim workflow
