Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Consumers can withdraw from distance purchase within 14 days unless legal exceptions apply.

Return requirements

• Product must be returned in verifiable condition.
• Customer pays return shipping costs.
• Include order number and contact details in the parcel.

Refund timing

• Refund is issued after inspection and acceptance.
• Original payment method is used where possible.

Non-returnable cases

• Products damaged by misuse.
• Missing critical components preventing evaluation.
